Coming out of lockdown successfully and surviving and growing our businesses depends on how our customers perceive us, how they experience us and how they talk about us to others.

Nudging has been proven to have a positive influence on customer perception and behaviour and gifting is a nudge with icing on top! Giving connects us emotionally and shows our gratitude, and it invites reciprocation:
