DELVAUX WELCOMES NEW TEAM MEMBER KATE
We are pleased to announce we have another new team member now working at Delvaux HQ.
Kate has joined Team Delvaux to help us cope with growing demand for personalised Neapolitans chocolates, Petit chocolates, confectionery and sweets. Kate will be working across our Sales and Customer Service departments… so she will be in contact with current and new customers alike.
Kate is very friendly and approachable, she has long experience working in in the travel and hospitality sectors, and she has also worked in the health sector too.
We are delighted to welcome Kate to the team… she will be another friendly voice at the end of the phone to help you with orders, re-orders and any problems.
We look forward to her help and support ensuring that we maintain our excellent reputation for customer service.
Delvaux Ltd is a family-owned business originally founded in 1985 as a division of Rombouts Coffee. The staff at Delvaux work with clients to help them use personalisation and gifting as ‘edible advertising’, designing and supplying delicious personalised chocolates (Neapolitan square chocolates and Petit mini-bar chocolates) and sweets.
Since Delvaux’s early days supplying petit fours to Restaurants and Hotels and supplying retailers such as the House of Fraser, Conran and Harvey Nichols with luxury chocolates, glace fruits, nougats and nuts, Delvaux has developed into a thriving independent business supplying personalised Neapolitan chocolates, Petit chocolates and confectionery in individual wrappers printed with branding, messaging, logo, special offers and promotions, QR codes etc.
Delvaux has been in business for over 33 years supplying 1000s of businesses (professional services, marketing and merchandising distributors, hairdressers, travel companies, cruise companies, airlines, restaurants, bars, cafes, hotels, health clubs, spas etc etc), associations, charities, institutions (schools, colleges and universities) and individuals with millions of personalised Neapolitan and Petit chocolates over that time. More recently Delvaux has expanded with the addition of Mints, Fruit Sweets, Salted Caramel Fudge, Jelly Beans and Jelly Sweets and Chocolate Coffee Beans to the product range.
