COVID-19 UPDATE FROM DELVAUX CHOCOLATES
At this incredibly difficult time for us all, personally and professionally, I am writing to pass on the best wishes of the Delvaux team to you, your staff and your family and friends.
This is undoubtedly the biggest challenge we have ever faced together, as a society and a sector, but we are resolved to do everything we can to see our way through it – we have implemented a business continuity plan, our staff and factory are operating as normal and we remain able to provide our full range of products.
It is “business as usual” and as our customers are adapting their business practices…
…such as moving to providing take-aways and home delivery in the hospitality sector and online sales in the retail sector…
…so we are adapting and supplying new “edible advertising” with personalised and non-personalised chocolates and sweets for thanking and messaging take-away and online customers with promotions, special offers, deals etc.

Clear health and safety guidelines have been given to all our staff following the instructions of the UK government.
We continue to take all measures to minimise any risk to health for our staff and customers.
As proud holders of the SALSA accreditation you can rest assure that the chocolates and sweets are being manufactured in a hygienic environment.

Delvaux remain committed to do everything we can to continue business as usual whilst minimising risk.
We are working closely with our own suppliers to ensure a safe supply chain that is as consistent and un-interrupted as possible, and at present there are no supply issues within our supplier base.
> Adherence To Government Guidelines
We will continue to closely monitor and follow guidelines set by the UK Government.
As you will be only too aware… this is a rapidly changing situation, we will continue to keep you up to date with any major development that may affect business directly.

Meet… Natalie Atkinson (Managing Director, Delvaux Ltd)
Natalie is the Managing Director of Delvaux Ltd, a family-owned business originally founded in 1985 by her mother Monique as a division of Rombouts Coffee. Natalie leads the ‘delicious marketing ideas’ team at Delvaux, experts in helping Delvaux’s clients to use personalisation and gifting as ‘edible advertising’.
Since Delvaux’s early days supplying petit fours to Restaurants and Hotels and supplying retailers such as the House of Fraser, Conran and Harvey Nichols with luxury chocolates, glace fruits, nougats and nuts, Delvaux has developed into a thriving independent business supplying personalised chocolates (Neapolitans and Petit Chocs) and confectionery in individual wrappers printed with messaging, logo, special offers and promotions etc.
Delvaux has been in business for over 34 years supplying 1000s of businesses, associations, charities, institutions and individuals with millions of personalised Neapolitan and Petit chocolates over that time. More recently Delvaux has expanded under Natalie’s direction with the addition of Mints, Fruit Sweets, Salted Caramel Fudge, Jelly Beans and Jelly Sweets and Chocolate Coffee Beans to the product range.
