ARE YOU MAKING FULL USE OF THE AD SPACE ON YOUR WRAPPERS?

When I look back over the 1000s of orders we have received for personalised chocolates and sweets since 1985 it is clear that the real success with personalisation comes with using the messaging space on the wrapper innovatively to increase recognition and sales.

Here at Delvaux we call it “edible advertising” – that special combination of recognition and reward that comes with putting ‘Calls To Action’ (CTA) messaging and eye-catching images and designs on the wrapper …PLUS the experience of eating the delicious chocolate or sweet!

REVIEW YOUR MESSAGING REGULARLY…

Whether you have been using personalised chocolates or sweets for a long time or you are relatively new to thanking customers and promoting your products or services, special offers etc with personalised Neapolitan chocolates, mini chocolates and sweets etc… we recommend you review your messaging regularly.

Something that can work really well is to give a special offer or promotion on the wrapper… such as a free bottle of wine or a discount of some kind… maybe to encourage bookings in the quieter times or to promote less popular or less well known services.

Meet… Natalie Atkinson (Managing Director, Delvaux Ltd)

Natalie is the Managing Director of Delvaux Ltd, a family-owned business originally founded in 1985 by her mother Monique as a division of Rombouts Coffee. Natalie leads the ‘delicious marketing ideas’ team at Delvaux, experts in helping Delvaux’s clients to use personalisation and gifting as ‘edible advertising’.

Since Delvaux’s early days supplying petit fours to Restaurants and Hotels and supplying retailers such as the House of Fraser, Conran and Harvey Nichols with luxury chocolates, glace fruits, nougats and nuts, Delvaux has developed into a thriving independent business supplying personalised chocolates (Neapolitans and Petit Chocs) and confectionery in individual wrappers printed with messaging, logo, special offers and promotions etc.

Delvaux has been in business for over 34 years supplying 1000s of businesses, associations, charities, institutions and individuals with millions of personalised Neapolitan and Petit chocolates over that time.
